Featherwinds has become very popular for Leavenworth Destination Weddings offering Wedding and Event Coordinators, catering, floral, reception and wedding venue, and lodging.
Featherwinds has been coordinating, designing, setting up and hosting weddings for over twenty years.
We can lodge up to 70 guests on site and can arrange lodging for over 60 additional guests and host weddings and events up to 125 guests. Our newest facility was build 7 years ago with hosting weddings in mind.
From late spring through late fall, we have the capabilities of hosting outside weddings. Our wedding gazebo is surrounded by nature including a waterfall, vine maples, lush green grass and old growth evergreens. Photo ops are abundant! Grape vine draped arbors, a secret rose garden and much more to make your wedding photos beautiful.
Host your rehearsal dinner at out Country Cottage Lodge capable of lodging up to 20 guests. The Country Cottage Lodge features a swimming pool (open June through Sept.), outdoor hot tub, catering kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom and much more.
Our wedding packages include wedding and event coordinators, linens, tables and chairs, set up and clean up, and use of our 2,000 plus sq. ft. Sunroom (our reception room). Featherwinds has two certified florists to take care of your floral needs and options to customize your wedding to make your wedding unique to you.

We have just updated a few of our webpages with new pictures and specials for October and November. Our Country Cottage Page is full of new images but well worth the load time if you are having to use a slow internet connection. Second Weekend of Oktoberfest (10/8-10/10)

The second weekend of Oktoberfest is rapidly approaching and its sure to be a celebration in Leavenworth.  This past weekend, guests found it to be a wonderful celebration and many commented on the Beer Garden and staying all evening, closing the "house down".  Guests were thinking ahead and hired in advance, their transportation, making for safe travel and a wonderful weekend with friends and their favorite beverage.
Whether you perfer Ale or BEER you will no doubt find one here in Leavenworth at Oktoberfest that will please your palate. Oktoberfest is a weekend for friends; meeting new ones and celebrating with the old.  It's not to late for you to be a part of the festivities here in Leavenworth.
